Start free. Upgrade when you need more. There are four plans — Free, Lite, Personal, and Team — and annual billing is twelve months for the price of ten, so two months are free.

## Plans and prices

Prices below are US dollars. Annual plans are billed once a year; the annual column shows the equivalent monthly cost.

Lite has no annual price — it is sold monthly only, and the annual/monthly toggle on the pricing page leaves it unchanged.

Team is priced **per seat**: the monthly and annual figures are what each user on the account costs.

Team includes everything in Personal, plus the team-only rows above. Lite is presented as a budget step up from Free — more storage and AI credits at a low monthly price — and its card lists filesystems, storage, and AI credits only.

## Trials and getting started

Every new account starts on a 14-day Personal trial, with no card and nothing to pick — the trial is granted at signup, not chosen from a plan card. When the 14 days are up the account falls back to Free unless a subscription has been started. There is no separate trial for Lite or Team: choosing either of those starts a paid subscription straight away.

### Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Every new account starts on a 14-day Personal trial that is granted at signup — there is no card to enter and no plan to choose. When the 14 days are up the account falls back to the Free plan unless you have started a subscription.

### What happens when the 14-day trial ends?

The account moves to the Free plan: up to 3 filesystems and 5 GB of storage. Your files stay where they are, but new uploads are refused while the account is over 5 GB, so free up space or start a paid plan to keep uploading.

### How does annual billing work?

Annual billing is twelve months for the price of ten, so two months are free. Personal is $100 a year, about $8.33 a month, and Team is $90 per user a year, about $7.50 per user a month. Lite is sold monthly only, so the annual toggle leaves its price unchanged.

### How is the Team plan billed?

Per seat. Team is $9 per user a month, or $90 per user a year, and a Team subscription is billed for a minimum of two seats. Above two, the seat count follows the number of members on the account.

### Can I change plans or cancel later?

Yes. A plan switch takes effect straight away and the difference is prorated onto your next invoice. Cancelling schedules the subscription to end at the end of the current billing period — you keep the paid features until that date, and then the account moves to Free. Moving a Team account down to a single-user plan requires removing the other members first.

### Where are my files stored?

In the data-residency region you choose. You pick a region when you create your account, and every filesystem is created in one — United States, Canada and the European Union each store files in that region. Asia-Pacific is offered as a choice but is currently served from US West storage until that region is stood up. The region chosen at signup cannot be changed later, and a filesystem's region is fixed once it is created.

### What happens if I reach my storage limit?

Uploads are refused with a storage-quota error until you delete something or move to a larger plan. Nothing already stored is removed. Storage is counted across every filesystem on the account rather than per filesystem: 5 GB on Free, 200 GB on Lite, and 2 TB on Personal and Team.

### Which currencies can I pay in?

Prices are listed in US dollars, euros, pounds sterling and Canadian dollars. The pricing page guesses which to show from your browser's timezone; the currency you are actually charged in is settled at checkout from your payment method.
